Linguine Tuna Salad Recipe

  PASTA RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 1/2 ounces (1 can) Tuna - drained  
  • 7 ounces Linguine - Broken In Half
  • 10 ounces (1 Pk) Frozen Green Peas (Thaw peas before using in this salad)
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Medium Firm Toamtoes - chopped

  INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Cook Linguine according to package directions and drain.  
  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, onions, sugar, Italian Sesoning and salt - mix well.
  • Add hot linguine and toss.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Mix well. 
  • Cover and chill to blend flavors.
  • Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish as desired.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
