Whitefish Caviar Pasta Recipe




  • 2 ounce Jar Romanoff whitefish Caviar
  • 8 ounces Thin Spaghetti - cooked al dente
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion - chopped
  • 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Peel - grated 


  • Melt the butter.
  • Add onion, and cook over a low heat for 1 minute. 
  • Add cream and lemon peel.
  • Heat through and toss with pasta.
  • Turn out onto a heated platter. 
  • Top with caviar


 Delicious Seafood Pasta Dish - Serves 4
